Roman Kuznetsov (further the Developer) built the "DeuVerben: German flashcards" mobile application (further the Service) as a free application. The Service is provided at no cost. At the same time a content part may be paid and offered by in-app purchases. The Service is intended for use "as is".

Whenever the User uses the Service, the Service collects data and information (through third party products) on the User’s device called the Log Data. The Log Data may include information such as device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of use of the Service, the crash reports and other statistics. The Log Data are stored on User’s device and are completely under control of the Operation System (iOS or Android). The Service may explicitly ask to enable the crash reporting.
The Developer may employ third party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
These third parties may have access to the User’s Personal Information. The Developer has no control over and assume no responsibility for the privacy policies of these third parties.
